Karen Minca CDPMA

MDAA Annual Session

Karen graduated from Mott Community College in Flint, MI and is currently employed with Michigan Department of Corrections. She has been a dental assistant for over 30 years and a member of ADAA since 1968. Karen was recently elected secretary to the DANB Board of Directors, appointed ADAA Representative of Credentialed Assistants and Secretary of DANB. She also can be found providing Continuing Education seminars around the state. Karen has non-stop energy and networking skills that enhance our association!

Karen has been extremely active in all aspects of our profession and volunteers for numerous activities. Her sense of humor and smile is usually present and when she teams with Gwen their creativity shines! They have been known to come up with great ideas for MDAA's Fund Raisers.

Karen shares her life with husband, John, daughter Brook, and grandson, Corrigan. Rumor control indicates Corrigan is giving her a challenge on the golf course!

Her vision for Dental Assistants is to stay true to yourself and your profession!
