Officer Spotlight MDAA Immediate Past President, Membership & Publicity Chairperson Kelli Fedder CDA, R.D.A.
|
Kelli graduated from Washtenaw Community College and became a member of the ADAA in 2005. She has served at the local level since 2007 and then stepped up and became involved at the state level. She is employed at Kent Family Dental in Grand Rapids, where she has worked for over 6 years. Her enthusiasm for dental assistants is evident in everything she does. Kelli's family includes her husband, Andy, and their adorable dog, a beautiful black and white 4 year old puggle named Jake Ryan. When she's not working on anything dental, Kelli enjoys a countless variety of music and movies, baking, painting pottery and walking her dog. Kelli also skates roller derby for the Grand Raggidy Roller Girls. If you need help getting rid of bats in your attic, contact Kelli! When Kelli didn't get the dream job she originally wanted, she contacted the dentist and asked why she didn't! He told her she needed to become an R.D.A. She then set her goals to include CDA and R.D.A. Kelli works hard to recruit new members and keep our association exciting! Her vision for dental assistants "is for all assistants to be properly educated and appropriately credentialed so we all can be respected and revered for the absolute professionals we are and for the essential service we provide". Thank you Kelli for all your hard work and dedication to MDAA! |
