TIME: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

NO DINNER: Light snacks will be provided for everyone

ATTIRE: Street clothes (No clinic clothing allowed)

TWO (2) CEUs per meeting

COST: ADAA, ADHA, & ADA members FREE!; Non-Member $30

RSVP: Required by deadline (8 days prior to each meeting)
